The whole-property advantage

Your guest list sleeps where the party is.

35+ lodging units across the property — the 5-bedroom Vacation Home for the bridal party, 13 cabins for the family, 4 glamping tents for the friends, the Capsule on the lagoon for the “cool aunt,” plus RV and tent sites for everyone else. Nobody calls a Lyft at midnight. Nobody hunts a hotel 30 miles away. Walking distance from ceremony to dinner to bed.

What we host

Built for the big gathering — whatever the occasion.

Destination weddings

Ceremony in the meadow or on the covered bridge. Reception in the recreation hall. Bridal party in the Vacation Home. Guests in cabins, glamping tents, and RV sites. Nobody calls a Lyft at midnight. Year-round, including winter weddings under snow.

Family reunions

30, 40, 60+ family members — all on one property, all walking distance to each other. Rec hall for the dinner and slideshow. Cabins and the vacation home for sleeping. Fort Creek and the giant tree swing for the cousins. Multi-generational by design.

Corporate retreats + offsites

Rec hall doubles as a meeting space. Wi-Fi and EV charging on site. Cabins for the team to sleep. The mountain for the team to actually disconnect. 30 minutes from Crater Lake National Park for the half-day off-site adventure.

Memorial gatherings + celebrations of life

A quiet, private setting on the creek for the people who mattered. We've hosted celebrations of life with intimate ceremony in the meadow and a meal in the rec hall — call us, we'll help you plan.

Birthdays + milestone parties

Big-five birthdays, anniversaries, retirement parties. Rec hall + lodging on site + the canoes and creek for daytime activities. Easier than coordinating a hotel + restaurant + Airbnb spread.

Club rallies + group trips

RV clubs, motorcycle groups, snowbird caravans, friend groups. We host these every summer — full hookup + partial RV sites plus cabins for the non-rig folks.

Common questions

Before you book the date.

What kinds of events do you host?
Weddings, family reunions, corporate retreats, milestone birthdays, celebrations of life, RV club rallies, friend-group trips. If it needs a venue plus lodging for the guest list, this property is built for it.
What's the maximum capacity for an event?
The recreation hall comfortably hosts up to ~150 people seated. The outdoor meadow accommodates larger ceremonies. The full property has 35+ lodging units (vacation home, 13 cabins, 4 glamping tents, capsule, 13 RV sites, 4 tent sites) so the entire guest list can sleep on site for most events.
Is the venue available year-round?
Yes — the recreation hall is climate-controlled and we host events through every season, including winter weddings under snow. Most other Crater Lake area venues close October through May; we stay open.
Can my guests stay on the property?
Yes — that's the main reason groups pick us. You have access to a 5-bedroom vacation home, 13 cabins (six different layouts), 4 glamping tents, a modern capsule, 13 RV sites (full + partial hookup), and 4 tent sites. We can usually accommodate full guest lists on the same property.
How far is the venue from Crater Lake National Park?
7 miles from the south entrance of Crater Lake National Park — about a 30-minute drive to the rim. We are the closest year-round event venue and lodging to the south gate.
How far is the venue from Klamath Falls Airport (LMT)?
About 45 minutes by car from Klamath Falls Airport (LMT). Many guests fly into LMT or Medford (MFR, ~2 hours).
Is the venue pet-friendly?
Yes — pet-friendly across most of the property. The vacation home is the only accommodation that doesn't allow pets; cabins, glamping, RV, and tent sites all do. Bring the dog of honor.
Do you have a list of preferred vendors (catering, florists, officiants)?
We work with a small list of regional vendors and can introduce you when you're ready to plan. Most couples choose their own caterer or florist; we help with the venue + lodging side.
Is there parking for guests who aren't staying overnight?
Yes — we have on-site parking for day guests. We'll coordinate overflow if needed.
Can you accommodate winter weddings?
Yes — the recreation hall is heated and we have heated cabins, vacation home, capsule, and winter-open RV sites for the guest list. Winter weddings here have a distinctive look: snow over Fort Creek, pines, and a warm room full of people.
How do I get a quote?
Call (541) 381-2349 or email an inquiry. Tell us the date, headcount, accommodation needs, and what you're imagining for the day. We'll build a custom quote covering the venue and the lodging.
Do you require a wedding planner?
No — but many couples bring one for the day-of coordination. We'll handle the venue + lodging logistics; the planner handles the timeline, vendors, and decor.
What's the cancellation policy for events?
Event contracts have custom deposit and cancellation terms separate from our standard lodging policy. We'll cover this clearly in your quote.
