- What's the maximum RV length?
- Most sites accommodate rigs up to 35 feet. All sites are back-in only — no pull-throughs. If your rig is over 35 feet or you have specific clearance/slide-out needs, call us at (541) 381-2349 before booking so we can match you to the right site.
- Do all RV sites have full hookups?
- No — we offer two tiers. Full Hookup RV Sites include water, 30/50-amp power, and sewer at the site. Partial Hookup RV Sites include water and power but no sewer — use our on-site dump station as needed.
- Can I tent camp at an RV site?
- Only at Partial Hookup sites. Full Hookup sites are RV-only — no car camping or pop-up tent vehicles allowed. Partial sites accommodate RVs, car campers, and pop-up tent setups. For dedicated tent camping, book one of our shaded Tent Sites.
- Is the RV park open in winter?
- Yes — RV sites are open year-round. We are one of the few RV parks near Crater Lake National Park that stays open in winter, with full and partial hookup options through the snow season.
- How far is it from Crater Lake National Park?
- 7 miles from the south entrance — about a 30-minute drive to the rim. We are the closest year-round lodging to the south gate, RV park included.
- Are RV sites pet-friendly?
- Yes — pets are welcome at all RV sites. $10 per night, per pet. There are leash-friendly creek paths next door and plenty of room to walk the dog.
- Is there Wi-Fi at the RV sites?
- Yes — complimentary Wi-Fi is available across the property, including at every RV site. Rural location so speeds are best for streaming and browsing — heavy video calls may vary.
- What about EV charging?
- Yes — we have a Tesla Supercharger (13 kW) and a Chargepoint station on the property. Plug in your tow vehicle while you stay.
- Is there a dump station?
- Yes — an on-site dump station is available to all guests. Full Hookup sites can dump at the site itself.
- Can I refill propane on site?
- Yes — propane refills are available at the on-site general store.
- Is there a bathhouse?
- Yes — a bathhouse with hot showers, flush toilets, and laundry facilities is available to all RV guests, no walk longer than ~2 minutes from any site.
- What time is check-in / check-out?
- Check-in is 3:00 PM and check-out is 11:00 AM.
- Can a group book multiple RV sites together?
- Yes — we host friend groups, snowbird caravans, and family rallies. Call (541) 381-2349 to coordinate adjacent sites, or note it in your booking.
- What's the cancellation policy?
- 100% refund if cancelled 30+ days prior. No refund for cancellations within 29 days, late check-in, early check-out, or weather (unless the resort closes for an emergency).
