Common questions
Before you book.
- How many people does each glamping tent sleep?
- Up to 4 people maximum. Each tent has 1 queen bed and 2 twin beds. Extra guests are not allowed.
- Is there electricity in the tent?
- No — there's no electricity or water inside the tent. Lanterns are provided. Charge phones at the general store or recreation hall a short walk away.
- Is there a bathroom in the tent?
- No — but a shared bathhouse with hot showers and flush toilets is about a 60-second walk from the tents. Clean, well-kept facilities.
- When is glamping open?
- May 15 through October 15 only. Off-season we recommend booking a cabin or our capsule — both are open year-round and just as creekside.
- Is the glamping pet-friendly?
- Yes — pets are welcome in the glamping tents. Pet fee is $25 per night, per pet. There are leash-friendly creek paths next door.
- What's included in the tent?
- Canvas bell tent on a raised wood platform. 1 queen bed and 2 twin beds, all with bedding (sheets, pillows, blankets). Lanterns. Just bring your toiletries and food.
- Can I cook at my tent?
- Yes — community BBQ grills are nearby and the property has fire pits. The on-site general store sells firewood, propane, s'mores kits, ice, and basic groceries.
- How far is the glamping from Crater Lake National Park?
- 7 miles from the south entrance — about a 30-minute drive to the rim. We are the closest year-round lodging to the south gate, and our glamping is the closest tented stay.
- What time is check-in / check-out?
- Check-in is 3:00 PM and check-out is 11:00 AM.
- Is there Wi-Fi?
- Complimentary Wi-Fi is available across the resort, including from your tent. Rural location so speeds are best for messaging and browsing.
- Can a group book multiple tents together?
- Yes — we have several glamping tents and can usually cluster them together. Call (541) 381-2349 to coordinate, or mention it in your booking note.
- What's the cancellation policy?
- 100% refund if cancelled 30+ days prior. No refund for cancellations within 29 days, late check-in, early check-out, or weather (unless the resort closes for an emergency).
